In the 2016/17 school year, immunization coverage among 7-year old students in Middlesex-London schools was higher than in Ontario for diphtheria, pertussis, polio, tetanus, and varicella.
Immunization coverage was lower among students in Middlesex-London schools than in the province as a whole for measles, meningococcal C, mumps, and rubella in the 2016/17 school year.
Local immunization coverage for all diseases of public health significance was lower than the national target of 95% coverage.
