Rates of chlamydia infections were very high among youth and young adults in Middlesex-London. Those 20-24 years of age had the highest rates, exceeding 1,500/1000,000 for both females and males in this age group.

Overall, the 15-19, 20-24 and 25-29 year-old age groups were characterized by the highest rates of chlamydia infections among both females and males.
