In Middlesex-London the proportion of those aged 20–44 who were daily smokers was 17.9%. This was the age group with the highest rate of daily smoking.
The rate in the 45–64 age group was 15.4%.
Both the 20–44 and 45–64 populations had rates that were significantly higher than the 65+ population.
