- For females, the annual average reported incidence rate of gonorrhea infections was greatest among 15 to 19 year olds. For males, the rate was greatest among 20 to 24 year olds.
- The rate for females 19 years of age and younger was significantly higher than for males. After the age of 35, the rate among males was significantly higher than among females.
